⚠️Less than 1-week left to put your pre-order ⚠️Less than 1-week left to put your pre-order in!⚠️ LOWELIFES P-Oak Camo custom designed in house and made here in Los Angeles by @endo_customs. This is a great way to support and represent our non-profit and trails in the Angeles National Forest. Never thought we’d be saying this, but… looking forward to seeing LOTS of poison oak out there. Clink the link in bio and treat yourself!
Labor Day Weekend was field trip number two to Seq Labor Day Weekend was field trip number two to Sequoia NF to work trails with @krvmba. We packed up the crew, about 25 lbs of masa, and a bunch of power tools and set off to the Greenhorns to work Portuguese Pass with a simple plan: work, ride, eat, & have fun. What a great crew!

This limited drop is inspired by our favorite itch This limited drop is inspired by our favorite itchy rash that reminds us of adventuring in the local mountains… LOWELIFES P-Oak Camo custom riding and technical gear made in Los Angeles by @endo_customs . This custom design was made by our very own @erikhillard. Inspired by vintage textiles and paying his dues giving back to the local trails where his only form of payment was a weeks long rash. Plus, who doesn’t LOVE camo? I mean, come on… drop into the link in our profile or stories to reserve yours during the 2-week presale.🍂🍃🍂🍃

Additional thanks to Lowelifes Trail Crew volunteers @stepho_ and @the__hoff__ for not only working trails with us, but also modeling our gear! Thank you @itsnotabikeshop for supporting the shoot! 🙏
Lowelifes took a little road trip to work on the i Lowelifes took a little road trip to work on the infamous 26 mile Cannell Meadow Trail in Sequoia National Forest with Brent @krvmba. Folks from all around come to enjoy this special trail. From the 9,200’ Sherman Pass all the way to the N Fork Kern River, the trail has 2,000’ of ascending and 8,000’ of descending. We worked a roughly 7 mile stretch from near Big Meadow to the upper “Plunge.” If you head to the Kern River Valley to enjoy trails, be sure to reach out to @krvmba and send over some 💰. Brent works tirelessly year-round in the Piute / Brekenridge Mtn’s, Greenhorn Mtn’s, & the Kern Plateau.
That’s a wrap! We finished up our work for the s That’s a wrap! We finished up our work for the summer on Gabrielino: West Fork to Valley Forge. It’s looking really good out there. We had a great time this weekend fixing tread, brushing, clearing slides, and remediating LOTS of poodle dog for your summer enjoyment. For our last campout of the summer, we went big with our signature taco dinner backed up with ice cream and a @reverend_dick style blueberry cobbler cooked in the fire on wood from a bigcone Douglas fir killed in the Bobcat Fire. Special thanks to new volunteers Bryon, David, Dima, and Phil!
We have a few more spots available for this weeken We have a few more spots available for this weekends campout and 2 days of trail work on the Gabrielino. It’s the last one of the summer! We are taking August and September off. Send us a message if you’re interested.
We were cursing @gabrielamadeus for two days strai We were cursing @gabrielamadeus for two days straight! Haha, not really… We love that guy and know he would have been there with us if he could have. We spent the weekend working on a gap in the Toypurina Tier in the Anillo de Los Angeles zone of the @orogenesiscollective route. We started to open up a old road bed near Fall Canyon off of 3N17 that will tie into Acton Trail eventually. This is actually a Plan B work around for the interim until we can get Plan A approved by the @u.s.forestservice that includes a short reroute. The icing on the cake was tying in with the @letsridecyclery #swiftcampout at Lightning Point where we have spent many windy nights in the past hosting stewardship campouts on Condor Peak Trail. Big thanks to @evdog_sd for putting in the time to scout this connection not to mention all the hard work done elsewhere!
Our 1st open to the public work day on Rim Trail! Our 1st open to the public work day on Rim Trail! For our fire restoration projects, we like to log-out the trail, remediate toxic poodle-dog bush, and do make-safe work on potentially hazardous areas before bringing the public in to help on our project. After a couple strike missions and doing a complete survey of the trail, we were ready to get cracking on the tread work. We split into two crews sending a group of 6 sawyers further down trail to continue the log-out, and had the rest of the crew focus on tread work closer to the upper terminus at Mt Wilson. Saw Team Leaders @name_and_number and @tediseasy of @mwbaorg lead four brand new sawyers through a maze of complex oak projects. There’s lots more to do but we will punch through to Newcomb’s Pass soon. Special thanks to new volunteers Alyx, Shelly, Madison, Cary, Koosh, and Martin! It was a pleasure meeting y’all and we hope to sling some dirt and eat queso tacos again soon with ya!! It’s always a pleasure having the leadership of @tlmtwo of @altadenamountainrescue out on trail with us providing a professional layer of safety and knowledge. Last but not least, an extra special thanks goes out to @peggyvonbunnies for treating us to a delicious homemade carrot cake!! 🐰🥕🍰
We just brought on some new members to our saw tea We just brought on some new members to our saw team and had a couple more level up their saw certs. Our impact on the trails will be even bigger than before. The trail experience in the Angeles NF would be so poor without this program put on by the @u.s.forestservice. We would like to thank Greg and @serg_jt for sharing their many years of experience and understanding the value of the volunteer program. Learning how to operate a saw safely and efficiently is easily the most important part of what goes into maintaining trails here on the Forest.
